Waitlist privacy notice

How we handle your email.

Effective 28 July 2026

01

The short version

If your waitlist signup succeeds, we’ll use your email only for Heirloom’s launch and essential waitlist updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe option.

— Rapt Ventures Pty Ltd

02

Who is collecting it

Heirloom is made by Rapt Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 15 700 192 561), an Australian company in Brisbane. If you have a question about this notice, write to [email protected].

03

What we collect, and why

Your email address. The waitlist form does not ask for a name or phone number and this page does not contain advertising trackers.

We use it for one thing: a note to tell you when Heirloom opens. If something important changes before then — a date, a delay — we may send one short update. That is the purpose of this list.

04

Where it is kept

Your address is stored with MailerLite, the email service we use, on their servers in the European Union. MailerLite also keeps the record of your consent — the moment you signed up. We do not sell the address or disclose it for third-party advertising.

05

Leaving the list

Every commercial waitlist email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also write to [email protected] and we’ll take you off ourselves.

Once Heirloom has launched and this list has done its job, it will be deleted.

06

The full policy

This notice covers only the waitlist. Read Heirloom’s full Privacy Policy for the app and related service. We will provide notice of a material change to the waitlist purpose.
